Monthly Saturday morning visits to the V&A starting April 18th 2026
The V&A is a wonderful, giant museum but it is not on the tourist trail. Exhibitions attract crowds but the permanent galleries are often almost empty (unlike for example the British Museum). The range and variety of these galleries are amazing: Italian Renaissance sculptures; Raphael paintings; Oriental collections from China, Japan, Islam; costumes; photography; ceramics and much more.
